Detailed Description:
Maxmillion Crafters was commissioned by the Ministry of Defence to conduct a comprehensive technical and financial feasibility study for the development of 30,000 housing units intended for military personnel. This assignment aimed to address the housing deficit in the Uganda People’s Defence Forces by assessing land viability, conducting demand and demographic analysis, and determining the economic sustainability of the housing plan under a Public-Private Partnership (PPP) structure.

The scope included:

  • Engineering concept designs and typology development
  • Financial modeling and cost-benefit analysis
  • Site suitability assessments in multiple regions
  • Legal, regulatory, and land tenure review
  • PPP structuring and stakeholder engagement

The study became a foundational reference for mobilizing financing and aligning government housing delivery strategies with private sector capabilities.
