Oil Pipeline Study

Oil & Gas Infrastructure

Detailed Description:
Maxmillion Crafters carried out a feasibility and alignment study for a 1,400-kilometer oil pipeline envisioned to support Uganda’s emerging petroleum sector. This strategic infrastructure was to serve as a backbone for regional crude oil transportation, running through several districts and environmentally sensitive zones.

Project scope included:

  • GIS-based route mapping and geospatial analysis

  • Terrain assessment and geological hazard review

  • Environmental and social risk forecasting

  • Identification of affected communities and right-of-way planning

  • Multisectoral stakeholder mapping and reporting

Our study laid the groundwork for environmental impact assessments and technical designs necessary for future investment decisions.
