Detailed Description:
As part of Uganda’s largest road PPP to date, Maxmillion Crafters was engaged by CGCOC Group to provide bid preparation support and strategic technical coordination for the Kampala–Jinja Expressway. The expressway, spanning 95 kilometers, was designed to decongest the main economic corridor between Kampala and the eastern region, reducing transport times and trade bottlenecks.

Our services included:

  • Route alignment validation and geospatial planning

  • Compilation of technical bid documentation

  • Engineering analysis and risk mapping

  • Coordination with environmental consultants

  • Stakeholder liaison and support to bid strategy

Our contribution ensured timely and compliant submission of a competitive PPP bid for this transformative national infrastructure.
