In partnership with EnergoProjekt, Maxmillion Crafters was engaged to deliver engineering designs and construction supervision for the upgrading of two critical roads—Nakasero Road and Lumumba Avenue—located in Kampala’s central business district.

Our work included:

  • Road geometry redesign and drainage improvement

  • Pedestrian infrastructure upgrades and landscaping

  • Utility relocation coordination

  • Traffic flow optimization and safety enhancements

  • Supervision and contractor performance reporting

These upgrades significantly improved access to government institutions, businesses, and public amenities, contributing to urban mobility, safety, and stormwater management.
